great staff but cleanliness could improve

The staff were incredibly accommodating during my stay. I kept extending because the service was remarkable, especially from the cleaning team who were personable and attentive. The heated pool was a real highlight for me, providing a lovely place to unwind after a long day.

The cleanliness in the suite left much to be desired.

The elegant decoration in the ballroom, with crystal chandeliers and detailed ceilings, was a delightful experience, creating a charming atmosphere for social gatherings and relaxation during my stay at Pagoda Resort & Spa.

A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

Our one-night getaway in the Superior King Room was memorable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Enjoyed the serene poolside and a delightful breakfast. Consider bringing your favorite snacks, as the fridge was a bit cramped for leftovers.

Had a fantastic time with the themed dinner nights and live music. The room felt a bit outdated. Service was friendly and helpful. The location offers plenty of parking options.

While the pool and gym facilities were up to standard, breakfast was unsettling due to incorrect charges and poor food quality. housekeeping issues were a concern, with incomplete room service and communication lapses upon check-out. A great location close to parks and shops was appreciated, but these service inconsistencies detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Just a fine choice for a whistle-stop in Perth with fantastic value. The dining hall atmosphere was nice and relaxed, making for a pleasant experience. Make sure to double-check what’s on the menu to avoid disappointment.

Surfaces were sticky, and the overall atmosphere felt unkempt with dusty hallways and a bathroom that just didn’t meet expectations. Adding to the woes, noise from the adjacent room made sleep nearly impossible. the advertised amenities were lacking, such as the absence of basic kitchenware despite the suite designation. A stained mattress leaning against the wall raised serious concerns, making it hard to trust the overall hygiene of the place.

The hotel features spacious rooms with massive spa baths and secure parking. We loved the heated pool, too!
